You are not allowed to store personal data in ‘My Workspace’. Instead, request a project in UCloud.

The ID from your GDPR-registration with Grants & Contract (www.persondata.aau.dk) must appear in the project description in the project request.

UCloud’s data classification maps to the AAU data classification model in the following way:

• Private = AAU Public
• Confidential = AAU internal
• Confidential = AAU Confidential
• Sensitive = AAU Sensitive

If you are using applications (for example, but not limited to, database services) where you set up an alternative access management, you need to contact ITS Security and clarify that your setup is valid.
